Welcome to Artmonger.nyc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with Artmonger.nyc, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services

Artmonger.nyc provides art consultancy, AV services, and related offerings. Service details, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon through individual contracts.

2. Contractual Agreements

  • All services are subject to written agreements specifying scope, deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms.

  • Any changes to a contract must be requested in writing and approved by both parties.

  • Failure to comply with contract terms may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Payments & Deposits

  • Payment terms are outlined per contract. Full or partial payments may be required upfront.

  • Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the service date are non-refundable.

  • If Artmonger.nyc cannot fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, concepts, or work created by Artmonger.nyc remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our work without permission.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Artmonger.nyc is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

  • For projects involving third-party vendors (e.g., shipping providers, venues), Artmonger.nyc is not liable for delays, damages, or failures beyond our control.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • If a service includes physical materials, shipping terms will be defined per contract.

  • Artmonger.nyc is not responsible for third-party shipping delays or damages.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes shall be resolved through legal proceedings in that state’s courts.
