Fulfillment Policy
Artmonger.nyc provides custom art consultancy and AV services, with fulfillment timelines and deliverables negotiated per contract.
Default Policy (if not otherwise stated in the contract):

Service fulfillment timelines are agreed upon with the client before project commencement.

Any modifications to fulfillment schedules must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.

If Artmonger.nyc is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client immediately and offer a reschedule or refund per contract terms.

Shipping Policy
While Artmonger.nyc primarily provides services, some projects may involve the shipment of physical materials, such as AV rentals, printed materials, or artwork.
Default Shipping Terms (if not otherwise stated in the contract):

Shipping costs, timelines, and carriers are determined per contract.

Clients are responsible for any applicable shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once shipped, Artmonger.nyc is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.

If a shipment is delayed due to factors beyond our control, we will work with the client to find a reasonable solution.
