Refund Policy
Artmonger.nyc provides specialized art consultancy and AV services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, refund terms are outlined in individual contracts.
Default Policy (if not otherwise stated in the contract):

Services are refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled date, unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

Cancellations within 14 days of the service date are non-refundable.

Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless specified in the contract.

If Artmonger.nyc cannot fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy
Artmonger.nyc primarily offers services, not physical products. However, if any physical items (e.g., AV rentals, printed materials, or artwork deliveries) are involved:

Clients are responsible for any applicable shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.

Artmonger.nyc is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
